A high-rise office building with 27 floors above ground and 2 floors below ground in Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture. It is the headquarters building of Sumitomo Chemical Engineering Co.
It was constructed by Kajima Corporation, Obayashi Corporation, Sumitomo Corporation (currently Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Co., Ltd.), and Sato Kogyo Co.
Winner of the Chiba City Excellence in Architecture Award.
