The former Hyogo Prefectural Museum of Modern Art.
The new Hyogo Prefectural Museum was completed in 2002 and inherited the museum function, this facility has been used as a rental gallery since. The west building was renovated and opened as Tadanori Yokoo Museum of Contemporary Art in 2012.
