There was a plan to demolish this building for a new redevelopment, however, Kanazawa city wished to preserve it, and it was relocated to its current location by Hokkoku Bank. The confectionery store “Mameya Kanazawa Manhisa” is on the 1st floor, and the NPO “Kanazawa Art Gumi” is on the 3rd floor.
