A multi-purpose building for the main railroad station of Kyoto. Hiroshi Hara’s proposal won the architectural design competition. This is a sixteen-story building with a three-level basement.
This work received the BCS Prize, Brunel Award, and Kyoto Environmentally Friendly Building Excellence Award.
