This is a three-story building with a basement, that is designated as a nationally registered tangible cultural property and an important landscape structure in Miyazaki City. On the south side, Miyazaki Agricultural and Industrial Bank is located and this is designed by Saeki Gumi Co., Ltd, and designated as an important landscape structure.
